It was just a great fit for a whistle-stop in Leeds with great value for the money. The staff quickly rectified a late breakfast order, making it one of the best meals we've ever had. Try to get a room on the ground floor and enjoy the terrace.

Great for family events!
We had a lovely family gathering in the Garden Room. The decor was stunning and the food was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast had loads to choose from, which is always a plus. Just wish the parking was a bit easier, it was a bit cramped.

loved the location, it was amazin! the staff were super friendly and attentive, made us feel right at home. our room was luxurious and spacious, very comfy. the food in the dining room was incredible. We got it all to ourselves. just sad we could only stay 1 night!
only complaint is the jacuzzi whirlpool bath didn't work and could use a lil' more space for bar seating.

The location surprised me. Surrounded by beautiful grounds. The Luxury Double Room felt spacious and was clean. The staff stood out, friendly and attentive throughout. Dining in the evening was a treat. the food tasted exceptional. Breakfast had a varied menu, everything from cereals to cooked options. On the downside, the drinks seemed a bit expensive, which surprised me. I also noticed the water took quite a while to warm up for the shower. Small inconveniences but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored some amazing spots nearby and enjoyed the beautiful setting with lovely grounds. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were well-presented. We found it easy to get into the city center and parking was a breeze—ideal for a group trip.
Our room felt a bit warm without air conditioning, which was uncomfortable, especially at night.

Cozy vibes and great food
Had a fab stay here! The bar has a chill atmosphere with nice jazz, and I loved the veggie burger. The room was a bit snug, but the double bed was super comfy. The staff were welcoming, and everything felt really homey. Just wish the restaurant area was less formal for a quick bite.

The Standard Double Room was really comfortable and clean. It had a nice size, perfect for lounging around. There were some thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee facilities, which were super handy. But I wished for a bit more warmth in the room. it felt a bit chilly at times. a cozy stay with a couple of small issues that could easily be fixed.
